Depends on how you define "comfy". For g-string, it's virtually non-existent, as it's too thin to generate feeling in the nerve endings, but it differs in material; for thong/t-back, I'd say you'd feel the friction, especially when you walk or move about. I generally wear my panty waist-high and prostate-deep (lol) to feel the friction (and pleasure zone), which is, to me, "comfy" and secure, such as that of wearing a butt plug
