Before the coronavirus pandemic I was a regular swimmer at local gym, I swim 3-4 times per week spending about 30 minutes per session.
Then I stopped swimming since mid-March and haven’t gone to the pool until now.
I started exercising at home on daily basis and getting more intense recently.
Before the goal was to stay fit and keeping my weight in check, but now it towards slimming down and getting visible abs.
For the last few days I started exercise wearing thongs and tops only, this morning was wearing blue mesh thong.
I felt I was leaking precum while exercising perhaps a bit excited [emoji6]
On a side note I shaved my armpits too for my comfort.
Anyone else working on in thongs only?
Any suggestion for effective abs exercise is welcome.
