Questions and Opinions / Re: Swimming Thong
« on: December 25, 2021, 12:54:47 PM »
I second what Sensu4 said about Desmitt. I wear them for lap swimming at two different community indoor pools.
They look more like a traditional low cut brief from the front and the thong back is small but not LOOK AT ME small.
They have a lined front pouch and a comfortable drawstring to keep them on.  Material doesn’t hold up to heavy chlorine as good as a “poly” suit, but at less than $7 each just buy a few.  Sizing is a bit small IMHO as in a 34-35 waist and had to go with XL. While they will listen up a little over time and when wet, if you’re stretching them, they for sure won’t last as long.  Bottom line for the price they pretty much can’t be beat.

Anyone here on www.mensswimsuitboard.com ??   I'd really like to join it but every time I go to register I never see the image you have to read the text from to prove I'm not a robot.  When I clink the link to contact the forum administrator I get a page that says that option was disabled by the administrator.     I know the site isn't dead as the forum threads have current posts.  If anyone here is on that Forum could you pass along the issues to the moderators please.    I'm not leaving this forum anytime soon, just branching out a bit.   Thanks for any help you guys can provide.

I have turned off pop up blockers and tried with Safari and Chrome, no luck either way.

Questions and Opinions / Re: Does anyone here wax?
« on: May 23, 2019, 10:12:53 AM »
I did the wax thing twice. While I liked the results, of course it did have some (manageable) discomfort during the process, but I did have a histamine reaction to the wax. So I had to deal with redness and bumps for a few days...

Just tried SUGARING last week.  AMAZING how different it is!  WAY WAY WAAAAY LESS discomfort in the process. The sugar past is body temp so no possibility of any burns, and they pull same direction as the hair (way less possible breakage of the hair). And the best part... No redness or skin reactions the next day.  Totally hooked!! Never going to wax again.   Same smooth hair free results without the hot wax and negative next day reactions. Sure it did sting occasionally (it is ripping hair out after all) but on a scale of 1 - 10 with waxing being at 10, this was at worst a 5, bit mostly a 3.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUGARING!!

Thanks Thongornothin, as it was the first time I ever had a medical in a a thong I won’t forget it.
Reading the story again I did leave out one part that by itself isn’t all that important, but could have made the situation a bit more interesting.  While I don’t at all consider myself a cross dresser or have any interest in doing so, I like a few others have found some pairs of women’s underwear could easily pass as men’s and are very comfortable too.  Anyway... After the doc had already discovered my choice of underwear when it got time for the hernia check he very professionally asked if I could “please lower your Jockeys”.  I wonder what his comment and/or reaction would have been had I been wearing one of my Victoria’s Secret thongs?  If it wasn’t for the fact that they very clearly say VICTORIAS SECRET on the left hip of the waistband you would be very hard pressed to know that they were made for her not him...

As previously stated I wear whatever I wear now, who knows maybe some day the stars will align and some lucky doc will see a normal guy rocking a VS thong 🙃🙃🙃

When I was retiring from my time in the service I had to do several final out medical evaluations to determine I had any potential long term issues that could be service connected.  On what I thought was my last visit and would just basically be talking about any findings up to that point I wore a basic thong (Jockey Mens Seamfree the most conservative I own by far) as I thought it was only gonna be a final Q n A visit.  Was a little surprised when the doc said ok all we have left is a general once over full physical to made sure we didn't miss anything. I said "So I have one more visit before we officially submit everything?", He replied, "no we can do it right now, I will leave the room for a few minutes, if you could go behind the curtain undress to your underwear and have a seat on the table, I'll be back in a minute" I kind of hesitated for a minute then said "Uhhhh, Ok" to which he quickly responded, " If you don't have underwear on, you can use a gown or we has some disposable shorts over there you can use". I responded "no, it's ok, I just thought I was all done with physicals".   He left the room, I undressed down to my thong, had a seat and waited for his return.  Everything was normal, then he asked me to stand up. At one point he was using the stethoscope to check breathing when he went to listen form the back he said "Interesting choice of underwear..are they comfortable?"  I said "Yeah, once you find the right size they are great" .  "Interesting" he replied. "I'll have to give it a try sometime".  The rest of the exam was totally normal and routine.     Since then, I have worn a thong to pretty much every medial appointment. If they should see, like others have said.. "its just underwear, why treat it any different"

At the Beach / Any good places to thong near Seattle/Tacoma?
« on: May 06, 2019, 08:31:55 PM »
So I’m new to the PNW and wondering if anyone can point me towards some safe places to work on getting my first thong tan lines?    Preferably not to much farther north than Seattle or South of Tacoma. Thanks.

General Discussion / Re: New Jockey Thongs
« on: May 06, 2019, 06:46:46 PM »
I have a bunch of the original “Seamfree” thongs from Jockey. They say the waistband rolling issue has been worked on for the newest version. Let us know how it holds up. I generally prefer smaller ones now, but still wear my Jockeys from time to time.
