I've recently been buying cheap Chinese underwear on eBay - mainly thongs but some bikini briefs. I've rarely paid more than £4 for a pair (post free), and they have arrived in 7-10 days. The quality seems reasonable, though I have to order a Large size where normally I wear a Small. The fit is definitely skimpy!
