For me, I'm a size 32 and I go with mediums in both: men and women. I get the ones from VS. cotton doesn't work for me.

I wear them always when I work out. I normally wear women's though, because they do no show through my athletic pants. Last thing I want is for the whole gym to know I'm wearing a THONG!

I wear VS everyday perfect thongs and I think the fit could pass for men's. They're really low rise too.

I may have to try this one out. I have a difficult time finding a comfortable gstring. Has anyone else tried these? I am a 31-32 waist and I was wondering if I should go with a small or medium? Is the material cheap?
