I figured the new year was a good reason to improve my daily wearing habits and thus far I am 11 for 11 which is an accomplishment since I was usually a 2-3 days a week wearer or sometimes only a half day if I was in the gym and changed. I have also purchased 10 new thongs over the last few weeks so my collection has grown to about 100ish. The funny side effect is my wife doing laundry and saying “have you completely stopped wearing normal underwear?” She’s not a huge fan of them and she has no idea just how many I have because I have a lot of duplicates too. I don’t wear anything too risqué so she doesn’t question it much but I know in her mind she’s thinking, why can’t he just wear boxer briefs like every other guy?
Any other guys have the wife challenge?

I currently wear thongs about 5-6 days a week and in 2018 i plan to both double my collection and wearable days. I also want to be more confident to wear them more at the beach/pool/sauna/gym...i am always a bit shy about others knowing what i wear....its nobody’s business but my own, but i know that sometimes when people see a thong on a guy they put a lot of judgement behind it. 2018 is the year to take back the thong!

Yeah my wife hates me wearing thongs but I hate how she nags but and she still nags so I will continue to wear thongs.
Does anyone have thong bodysuits? I have about ten different types of thong bodysuits. I like how they pull the thong tightly up my ass making it evident it is there.

I hear ya brother! I've changed at the gym in/out of a thong before but never been seen that I am aware of. Unless someone had a visibly negative reaction I probably wouldn't be to concerned but, on the other hand, if someone was all wide-eyed and maybe even commented, then it would certainly cause me to be more discrete. I have worn a swim thong but only when traveling and not in my home area because I figure there is about zero chance of seeing someone I know. Hopefully I am never proven wrong.
On a related note, I was with my other best friend on a mini-mancation a couple years ago in Aspen and we were downtown doing some shopping like we've done a million times before. This is a friend that I spend a lot of time with, going to cycling events, staying in hotels together, basically living together for days on end sometimes. That said, we are always showering, changing, in front of one another so there really are no secrets between us, except for my wearing thongs. Anyways, he is a strictly boxer briefs/trunks kind of guy, and I will wear the same or sport bikinis/jocks when I am around but never a thong, until we were in Aspen, because we weren't at a hotel and staying with friends where we each had a private room and bathroom. Anyways, I am in a changing room next door to him, and there was just a curtain, not an actual door, to each room. He had finished and was waiting for me but decided to pop-in to my room to see what I was trying on. Just as he flung open the curtain, I was bending over to pull up a pair of pants or shorts, and he got a full shot of my ass in a black Obviously thong. He immediately stepped in and closed the curtain so as to not expose me to one of the employee that might be walking by. Needless to say I was completely caught off guard when he opened the curtain but I was even more shocked that he stepped on in as if it was no big deal, which it wasn't, technically, but he could have had a very different reaction. All he asked me was "are those comfortable"? It lead to a short conversation with me offering to let him try one of mine if he was interested.

As a matter of fact he did. The next morning he came walking into my room after we were back from a lengthy ride and freshly showered wearing a towel. He made some funny comment like 'Ok, I'm all clean now, where's that underwear for me to try on'? I was like 'huh? oh, the thong?' I didn't really think he would ask but being the adventurous, no shame, guy that he is, I should have known better after 25+ years of friendship. He really is the most shameless person I know and would probably walk down the street naked without a care in the world so trying on a thong in front of his best friend was not even a concern. Fortunately, we are the exact same size in clothing and I'd say identical in the package department too so I assumed what I had would fit him well. I tossed him a charcoal Obviously thong, he dropped his towel, and pulled it on. He asked something funny question like 'do I pull it all the way up between my cheeks' and I replied with 'well there isn't anywhere else for it to go'. We had a good laugh about it as he stood there adjusting himself in the pouch and kind of checking it out. I haven't seen that thong since which was just last summer now that I think about it. I'll have to ask him if he's still wearing it next week when I see him again.

Wife wanted me to throw out my carefully curated thong collection worth thousands of dollars because it "wasn't normal" for any purportedly married, straight man to have or need hundreds of thongs.
I've since put them in a duffel and hidden it from her. Bitch ain't touchin my thongs...

I wear thongs 5-6 days a week. I would like to wear them everyday, but I switch to boxers when I go to church. There is just too much gossiping at church so I don't want to become 'that thong guy' at church.
Now I want to change my mind a bit. I wear thongs to school and to work, so why not to church?
Hence, I'm going to try to wear thongs to church and I'm going to try to be an everyday thonger.

I know I am thinking too much, but I'm still nervous at church. There are just a lot of eyes to look out for, and I think people would react negatively to my thong. That's why I am just extra cautious at church, and I always sit at the back.

There is not much I can do better or more.
I wear thong underwear exclusively. At the beach I wear thongs or g-strings. Smaller is almost impossible. I have even a few slightly sheer thongs.
So what can I improve?

Yeah good point - i have 2 bikinis now for those ‘church’ occasions (really just staying with family) and the rest are thongs now. Why not!

Saw my friend a couple days ago and crashed at his place on Sunday night. We decided to head out for a quick 10K before dinner which required a clothing change. He is recently divorced and lives alone unless one of his kids are around but that is rare. Anyways, we were both in his bedroom getting ready and it was fairly chilly outside so I had pulled some Lululemon tights out of my gear bag. I've worn them commando before but don't like to risk any chafing on the sensitive areas so I always wear a thong now. That said, I proceed to get ready and since I'm 'out' as a thong wearer I thought nothing of it. My friend immediately noticed and commented something to the effect of 'those underwear actually work really well under running shorts and tights because they don't bunch up like boxer briefs'. i kind of played dumb and acted like I didn't remember that I had given him a pair of my underwear and asked if he had bought some and he said 'don't you remember giving me one?'. He further confirmed that he wears it 'all the time when running' and then asked me about buying some more. I guess that means he's a convert. ;D

That’s hot and great that he likes wearing them. You should see what kinds he might like...give a few options that are more microfiber/nylon for working out. I wear Joe Snyder bulge but he might like the regular...?

He's been wearing an Obviously Anatomax thong which is a micro modal material so light and stretchy that breathes well. I think I'll make him a nice thong care package for V-Day. ;D

I have that same Ergowear thong in navy blue. Apparently he has shopped around online a bit because he did say he likes the style with a waistband. I’ll have to introduce him to a couple more styles but so far he definitely likes the Obviously.
