I know what you mean though, about being dissatisfied with what's available. I have very specific things I look for in terms of cut and style. I haven't gotten to the point that I'd want to make my own! Maybe I'm just lazy, but I also thing a big part of the fun is the shopping for them.

I put my vote in. I'm not ready to throw out all my other underwear, but I'll definitely be wearing thongs more often than not for the foreseeable future.

I recently got into them, so who knows what the future holds 6, 12, or more months down the line. I don't expect it to get "old" but you never know. Has the excitement worn off for any of you guys? Though this is probably a biased audience since you're taking part in a forum dedicated to man thongs. I'm sure you'll have plenty of insight.

From reading the posts on here it seems like there is quite the variety of thong enthusiast. Looks like some of you guys are 100% no matter where or when will be thonging it. I imagine some others have other habits.

After my shower I will often brush my teeth in just my thong. So I totally get what you guys are saying.  ;). It’s the same thing right?

Pretty sure my family isn’t interested in me flaunting around the house in just my underwear, thong or otherwise.

All you Chicago area guys. Have you found any real stores that sell decent quality thongs? Seems like most of the lingerie stores I’ve been in the men’s thongs were more of a novelty than what you’d want to wear all day.

For now online seems like the only way to go.

I do like the micro wear as you call it. The half backs are pretty fun and still sexy that I enjoy them through the day.

Even though I’m not into g-strings I can see it making sense to classify them with thongs. Though I’ll afmit to never trying them, just not into the look.

Sleep in whatever I was wearing that day under simple pajamas. So lately I’ve been sleeping in a thong. I do find it comforting with the nice support they provide, but I don’t think it’s enough of an advantage to actually change into one before bed.

I notice many sites seem to want to combine their thong and jock products under one category. I don’t see the two being related at all!  Could be because I’ve never had any interest in jocks. Nothing against guys who want jocks, they’re just not for me.

So irritating when I see a thong I’m interested in and click the back view and Bam! Jock straps. Do folks here dabble in jocks too?

Funny. I haven’t tried to match, but I understand the sentiment. Thereve been quite a few posts on here where I was surprised to find out I’m not the only one thinking or doing a particular thong related thing.

Though I must admit, my yellow thong does look sharp with the blue shirt I’m wearing. Too bad no one else will ever see.

Pretty interesting that you bring up challenging myself to wear a thong every day. I had just thought something along those lines. With today being Sunday, I was planning on giving a full week a try. The only problem is that I only own 4 thongs, so far. So depending on how the laundry situation goes, we'll see.

I'm not sure I'll ever go 100% though. I do have some brazillian back bikinis that I enjoy. I mean with enough movement there's a good chance they end up looking like a thong anyway ;)

Just my wife knows. For me that’s part of the fun. Going through every day life with my little secret sexy underwear no one is the wiser.  I also get a kick out of making double entendre jokes for my wife in front of others.

If anyone else finds out it will most likely be strangers in a tourist destination or guys I don’t know in a locker room (haven’t actually changed in public yet). Too much of a stigma that I don’t want to be bothered with among folks in my local community.

I've never been a fan of the look of the ones that are just a strap around the hips. I don't have any, but I'm curious is there any advantage? Are they more/less comfortable?
