Title: Favorite Brand?
Post by: Billdirk on December 09, 2016, 07:18:19 AM
Just curious to hear what's everyone's favorite brand for Thongs and G-strings? For me it's Agacio Thongs. Love love the material that the use, the pouch is super comfortable, and the thong strap is not noticeable at all. They are my go to Thongs for any occasion.

JM makes really nice every day thongs and have lots of colour options.

However I've been really into g-strings recently and have been wearing Gregg Homme's Boytoy G-string as my daily underwear.

Hope that give you some new idea's!

Same here, I have some JM thongs, and they're comfortable.
Gregg Homme is my favorite brand, and I probably have around 20 thongs and g's from GH. I really like their sheer g-strings.

Prevail sport.

My everyday is the Med Thong.  Their Sting thong and Top-gun thongs are growing on me lately.

Started with Jockey.  Went to Undergear when they were still in business.  But I found their quality and comfort factor drastically change on the same Contour thong that I had been purchasing from them for years.  In my searching, I found Prevail Sport.  I have to be close to 100 pairs in 7 years of me purchasing from them.

Obviously Anatomax Thong...if you haven't tried them then put them on your short list and order one. I also recommend sizing down if you're in-between sizes. The pouch is the same regardless of waist size but the thong back will be longer as size increases. I have a TRUE 31-32" waist and the (M) thong rides a little too high for my preference so I opted for (S) and it is perfect.

I have two favourite brands. They both sell underwear and swimwear.

The first is the German company, Olaf Benz. I bought my first thongs from this brand, they're really excellent quality.

But I also recommend to check Kriszsartoria, here's the link to the English language website: http://www.kriszsartoria.co.uk/
This web shop allows you to have your own custom swimwear sewn for you, whether you're male or female. You can choose from several ready made models or combine dozens of front and back styles, fabrics and colours. Their products are great and the service is excellent as well. Kriszsartoria has become my main supplier in the last year for thongs and g strings, both for underwear and swimwear!

Well, most of my thongs are pretty regular: low rise, non transparent fabrics. I like stuff that I can use as daily underwear, not just ..."bedroomwear". For several years the "skimpy brief" look was the one I was looking for in my thongs. Since last year I've had more g strings sewn for me though. Once you realize how comfortable is a properly made g string, it's hard not to want to go skimpier.
This short history of my preferences is valid both for swimwear and underwear.

I've fallen in love with the Andrew Christian Apex Thong. It fits far better than you would think by looking at it. It's a subtle, sexy design with probably the best construction of any of the 50-60 thongs I've bought. It's pouch is really well designed too as it is very accommodating without being some silly, extended pouch. I bought a size down and was surprised that the pouch held me in when I'm pouring out of most Thong pouches. A++

Also you can never go wrong with the N2N cotton Thong. A classic that also has a great fit but the pouch is nowhere near as big or naturally accommodating as the AC Thong

I'm just glad to see these companies begin putting more things back into their lineup. They'd seemed to cut back for a while.

Hey guys, I am looking for thongs/g-strings that cling to your body. I have a lot of thongs that slip down whenever I move or whenever I sit down. It's funny how my asscrack shows even when I have a thong on. Anyway can anyone give me some brands?

I don't really find any of mine sliding down. I mainly wear N2N, Joe Snyder, Gregg Homme and Cocksox. I have some 2(XIST) and Papi thongs and those don't ride down either.

i raelly can't recommend the andrew christian apex thong enough for that. it really stays up in the back, though if you want to prevent "whale tail" then its not the thong for you.

I just bought the apex thong and am not a fan. The pouch has a weird shape to it. I like the contrast piping and the back is comfortable. I just have issues with the dumb pouch. Mine almost come to a point, and they're all the same. I bought 3 of them because they were on super sale.

Bummer you didn't like it. The construction on mine is that it hugs my goods pretty well and really wraps them but doesn't come to a point like yours does.

I used to hate wide waistband thongs cuz I found them ugly, but now I am a fan of wide waistband thongs cuz they don't slide down. But, since they don't slide down, they can actually show above my pants. I guess it's alright if the waistband only shows. If people cannot see the strap,  it could look as though I am wearing boxers.

I'm in love with Joe Snyder - the material is outstanding, so stretchy and breathes well...their bulge thong is tops.  I also like Muscleskins posers, TM (various), Koala (but don't have any right now)...basically anything very small/minimal is for me

My favourite thing is the Ergowear x3D. Just seems to fit me perfectly and I like the pouch shape for both daytime and sleeping in. I really wish they would make as many colours in the x3D as they do in their other styles.

I also like t-back style thongs and strings. Olaf Benz made a fabulous t-back tanga string a few months back that I missed stocking up on. Most of my others in that style are older and not readily available now. Weirdly the Ergowear Max t-back doesn't work for me. The seam just below the pouch always seems to add pressure just below my scrotum and it becomes uncomfortable after a while.

I have a lot of Gregg Homme thongs because they are quite easy to get in Montreal. Gregg is based in Montreal, and I live in Montreal. However, my Gregg Homme thongs are quite skimpy for daily wear, so they're not in my regular rotation.
JM is also based in Montreal, but I only have two thongs from JM. They're comfy, but they don't have that 'wow factor'.

I think CK thongs are good for daily wear. It's a shame that they no longer carry thongs.

Add me to the list. I've got a load of the Showoff range they did a few years ago in the thong, candle thong and g-string varieties and they quickly became daywear. I also love the beyond doubt and slinky boytoy ranges.

Joe Snyder

For me the Joe Snyder Bulge JS03 are my favourite.  I have them in black, navy blue, and camo.  I have another black pair arriving soon but these are the new material, polyester.  Can’t wait.  Also recently got some Ergowear Max thongs and they quite different to the Joe Snyder’s. Way more roomy, and very comfortable.

Yeah those are the ones but i have to say that i really didn’t like the material that much.  It’s not as stretchy as the regular nylon which i now prefer.  In the future i’ll Just buy more of the original...

Cocksox thongs CX05N to me are the best. The supplex material is awesome do to softness, moisture wicking , awesome support, durability ex with proper washing drying they last  5 yrs + and last but not least the sexy enhancement  pouch. In basketball shorts or loose trousers  your junk is up and out. The ladies will definitely be checking you out and that's a fact . I'm a grower not a shower and I get the big effect .

My favorite and only thong brand I get are handmade from "The Sada Abe Experience" on etsy.com Although, they only fit waist sizes 28-34. Also, there's no logo, which I'm usually not fond of. It's perfect as underwear, swimwear, and workout underwear.

I've recently found that I really like JOR brand thongs and would probably regard it as my current favourite. However, I do only own a single pair, which makes such a judgment unfair.

However, I'd say my all-time favourite would be this Asian brand I found in Singapore called Skinxwear. Unfortunately, it is a bit hard to find and relatively elusive in the West.

For years I wore iKingsky exclusively, but recently I bought some Casey Klein, Summer Code, and Zonbailon. While all are comfortable, I really like the Zonbailon. I’ve tried 3 variations (with a 4th on the way) and all are super comfortable. The fit and materials are excellent and many times I couldn’t tell I was wearing them. They come in bigger sizes than other brands, which was draw for me.

My favorite brands are: HOM and Olaf Benz.

HOM: the Plume line is extremely comfortable (but not tactile) so it's great for lounging at home, sleeping and wearing under loose clothing when it's hot. It's very sexy, almost like lingerie for men but with a clean masculine look. The plume strings are probably one of my favorite thongs to wear. Although I enjoyed the Freddy string growing up, I've fallen out of love with the new production as the string back tends to get frayed quite easily. I've also come to prefer synthetic materials over cotton these days for thongs.

Olaf Benz: I simply adore Olaf Benz because the designs are clean, tactile and conservative. Their phantom range is my favorite and I'm wearing the mini string phantom as we speak. The phantom mini string is very tactile, fits everything properly and looks pretty cool. Although pricey, I find the quality to be very good and they keep their shape if you use a laundry bag. If you're ever in Chemnitz Germany, they have an outlet store for Olaf Benz/Manstore where you can get them for much cheaper than any online retail store!

I generally prefer conservative cuts, style sand colors to match with the clothing I'm wearing.
