Is there anyone on here in this community who grew up or now lives outside of these two cities? I'm just wondering because I live out of Erie which isn't really a major area and a lot of "non-stereotype conforming" crowd are more drawn to the major and recognized areas. Not that my area is the complete opposite of that either.

General Discussion / Isn't masculinity sometimes harmful to men themselves? (philosophical)

Aren't societal, and in this case for men on this forum, fashion standards, just as poisonous to men as they are to women? I'm reading a blog that says a lot of what we know, that men are from birth discouraged from showing emotion, boys don't cry, etc... Also, I have seen some men here complain about the double standards applied to men's and women's underwear and thongs. But isn't this more because of the fault of masculinity, not women's society per se?

General Discussion / How do I become more fit with a disability?

If I have a disability, how can I get more fit in the gym. If I can't use free weights because of trainer's advice, what should I do with machines or stuff?
