I visited my doctor with severe back pain, it was the summer and I was wearing short shorts and a thong underneath. I never thought she would feel down my lower back below the waistband of my shorts, and she must have seen what I was wearing, but never said anything or smirked. I guess most people just don't care.

I have quite a few pairs of shorts in a similar cut to those, but non of them are see through like that. (goes internet hunting!) I wear them quite a lot out and about when its hot. Nobody really says anything, but you soon know whos got a gay interest by the looks on guys faces

Hello guys! My name is Jim, Long, looooong time thong wearer here. I've not owned any other sort of underwear since about 1998, and even before then very rarely wore anything other than thongs. I live in the UK, I'm openly gay after spending many years living in denial
