Hi !! I have this experience.When i was in Cyrpus, i used to visit a very good gym , which was a spa too.There,  it was the norm for the clients not only to exercise themselves but also attend the spa services. So , many times i found myself enjoy the massage from a man.Now i cant remember his name  , but he was from Lebanon, dark skin, tall and very very muscular guy. He didnt see my thong underwear , because the  spa provided us with a single use thong underwear, from a very strange material like paper+ nylon, but he saw my thong tanlines, which were visible even during the cyrpus short winter.
 he didnt said a word ever.
  Himself used to attend yoga with us every friday and saturday.He always  wore at the classes very smooth and thin shorts or yoga pants with a modest t-shirt.I never saw a classic brief or boxer line, and i always wonder myself what possible are the type of undies he wore.
  but to be honest, i never saw a triangle thong line , maybe because of the length of his t-shirt.
 I will always wonder if he was a thonger or not.........
 

Its a great idea, though i know that i am the only greek person here so i will continue to be alone.....Today i spoke with my italian best friend..he is a full time thonger too in his late 20s...i really miss his company!! we had many many good times together enjoying our thongs .....but now its impossible to meet each other...Greece closed the borders so nobody can get out or get in...we have to wait....

Hello you all !!! Well, its Sunday night, lying down  on my couch, alone ( wife and kids are away), relaxing . I read your beautifull posts and i have 2 thoughts.The first one is : me and a lot of you , my friends,  right now, as i am posting this we all  wear thongs.At this very moment, at the very same time!! AMAZING isnt it? We post our thoughts, read posts while enjoying the feeling of the thong!! We are different people, different personalities, but at the same time we have (at least) one common.....AMAZING!!

The second thought, is my belief that our choice make us  different.We dont follow the norm, we stand out   from the mass and with bravery we wear our thongs, knowing that its not common for the men out there.And we wear them as a strong statement of our personality, our open mind, our free spirit, our bravery to support a choice which sometimes cause  to us embarrassement or weird glances from others.
But at the same time, when others see our whaletail or when they have a full sight or our thongs, we "say " to them : i dare to be different, i dare to have a open mind, i dare to wear something really sexy and comfortable at the same time...you? "
And these thoughts lead me to something else....i wonder if we make other choices too that may be considered as a statement of diversity.
And i will give my answer. YES!..i really enjoy to buy things which are rare and unique or to use common objects with a unique way.
For example ,  i prefer handmade objects because they  are not common among the people  and because of being  handmade they are different from each other.my wallet, for example is handmade, my key ring is special order from a jewelry store and its unique.Even my cars are not common.
Renault avantime  ( was  the only one  sold in Greece  and was destroyed after a terrible accident) cintroen c3 pluriel (my wifes car now) and my last one which i have until now lancia Thesis.
so..do you ever thought that your choice of underwear  is a statement of  your uniqueness and if yes what else represent it in your life in general?

well you are right about the feeling or not the feeling after years of thonging..but the magic for me is that you know that its there..and if yu think about it yoy can feel it...

Billy, welcome on boat ! hehe...i think that we all started like you....we bought a few thongs at first, wore them a few times a month, then more days during the week and so on....i think also that everybody in this forum are very proud from your evolution ! I agree totally with Thong24.....if you dont want to get rid of the other underwear you have....you can do this : keep only 1-3 "old" type of underwear and put them deep inside your underwear drawer.instead put the thongs in front and from now on buy only thongs....soon you will have a big collection of thongs, at least you must have one for every day and some as backup if you need to change during the day....
after some time move the old type of underwear away from your drawer, maybe put them high in your wardrobe so it would be difficult to reach them--so you are going to use them only in emergency situations---
 believe me Billy, like thong24 already said, if you do this, the feeling that you have to wear thong as a only option is something sooo beautifull, beyond any imagination!!

i know this feeling...when i visit my parents house and stay there for some days i dont feel comfortable wearing a thong..so usually i buy 2-3 boxers for this purpose....its about 8 hours trip by car and as you can understand from the time i leave athens until the time i am back i am in boxers....absolutely discomfort is the feeling....when i am back, my very first thing i do is to go for a shower, and wearing a thong after...what a relief !!

its one of the nicest stories i have ever read !!! its amazing that your mother helped you and encouraged you in a so nice way ! congratulations to her !!...and to be honest, your post confirmed what i always believed : that someone who use a thong (like a dance belt) for his work, its impossible not to use a thong as his daily underwear choice!!
and something more, i enjoyed very much the part where you said that you felt soo comfortable wearing your thong in public, when you were with another dancers...is soo cute to feel moments of freedom , without worry about maletails and all this....
