From reading the posts on here it seems like there is quite the variety of thong enthusiast. Looks like some of you guys are 100% no matter where or when will be thonging it. I imagine some others have other habits.
So what do you say? Let us know your thoughts in the poll and add a comment below!

I put my vote in. I'm not ready to throw out all my other underwear, but I'll definitely be wearing thongs more often than not for the foreseeable future.
I recently got into them, so who knows what the future holds 6, 12, or more months down the line. I don't expect it to get "old" but you never know. Has the excitement worn off for any of you guys? Though this is probably a biased audience since you're taking part in a forum dedicated to man thongs. I'm sure you'll have plenty of insight.

me and my wife , we both wear thongs 24/7..we dont have any other underwear type in our closet.so it must be a thong or nothing..hehehe...for both of us the ecxitement feeling of wearing a thong even now its the same as it was the very first day.we both enjoy every single minute wearing them!! so welcome on board hehe...

I’d say i’m in a thong near100% of the time but i do have some rather skimpy backups that are close to bikinis. I’ve been wearing them at increasing levels for the past 2yrs and it’s NOT getting old!

Less than half the time. I suspect I differ from the majority on this site. I wear thong for beach, pool, sunbathing, working outdoors such as mowing and gardening, and sex. Rarely as underwear.

Daily 98% of the time. My back-ups are jockstraps; Joe Snyder Cheekies, Maxis or Bikini Briefs and Gregg Homme or Manstore equivalents. I have mentioned previously I sometimes wear a jockstrap when I'm devoting a gym session to legs.
Last year I suffered from a prolapsed haemorrhoid and I was concerned about the topical stuff I was applying to it ruining my thongs so wore other options including some cheap cotton boxers I bought from a supermarket, which will never be worn again unless I have a repeat of last year!
I genuinely missed wearing my thongs and g-strings during that time: if ever I needed confirmation I couldn't revert to not wearing thongs again it was that.

Yeah i hear you - i’m In the same boat. Will be in Chicago for a seminar on Thurs...still packing my thongs and will make sure to have uber and all that good stuff to get around so my cheeks don’t get too cold!

Daily. It is just the only type of underwear I have left since more than a decade. And G-strings of course.

Yeah I wear thongs everyday, and I even wear them to bed. It’s -26C in Montreal, but the cold doesn’t stop me from wearing thongs. However, I have to wear thermal pants in this kind of weather.
I do have some boxers in my underwear drawer, but they’re for emergency use. I have them in case someone wants to borrow underwear.
I used to be on and off, though. I’ve been wearing thongs for 15 years but I just recently became a daily thonger.

I wear thongs everyday and night, they are all I own, and all I can see myself wearing for a very long time. For me now it would feel very weird to wear underwear that didn’t go between my butt cheeks!

It's every day in thongs for most of the year. I do like other styles of underwear, so in the folder months you will find me in bikini briefs or hipster boxer briefs.

I just realized I’ve worn a thong 13 days in a row. Two full weeks tomorrow will be quite simple. Not sure why I feel accomplished, it’s just a matter of putting one on every day, but there it is.
I suppose it comes from the satisfaction of just finally doing what I want. Not that anyone was stopping me. I guess 2019 is the year for me. I wonder if this desire will fade or if I’ll be a thong guy from here on out. I see no reason why not. Just hard to imagine for some reason.

It's kind of liberating once you do it, realising you have no other choice but to wear a thong, you know longer have to give it much thought! (apart from which thong to wear)

Same here - my ex tossed most of my other underwear when we were dating and he got me my first 5 thongs, i got 5 more and then that was it. It just felt so natural after about 2 weeks of him wanting me in thongs and now i just wake up to a nice small thrill every day of sliding that thong home to start my days!

I’m not sure I’m ready to throw out the rest of my underwear (even though they do seem to take up a lot of room), but pretty interesting idea. I’ll keep them around for potential situations. Doctors visits, swimming events where I’ll be changing, stuff like that. But here I am 6 days after my original post and the streak continues with no sign of letting up. Maybe I’ll join you after all.

Billy, welcome on boat ! hehe...i think that we all started like you....we bought a few thongs at first, wore them a few times a month, then more days during the week and so on....i think also that everybody in this forum are very proud from your evolution ! I agree totally with Thong24.....if you dont want to get rid of the other underwear you have....you can do this : keep only 1-3 "old" type of underwear and put them deep inside your underwear drawer.instead put the thongs in front and from now on buy only thongs....soon you will have a big collection of thongs, at least you must have one for every day and some as backup if you need to change during the day....
after some time move the old type of underwear away from your drawer, maybe put them high in your wardrobe so it would be difficult to reach them--so you are going to use them only in emergency situations---
believe me Billy, like thong24 already said, if you do this, the feeling that you have to wear thong as a only option is something sooo beautifull, beyond any imagination!!

Agree with the previous 2 posts - no need to throw out what you don’t want to get rid of. I did retain (was in my gym bag at the time) a couple of 2” side briefs that i can wear when needed. No need to be so extreme as to throw anything away, that is if you don’t want to. As for chaninging in tougher situations like at the pool or in company of those i know (gym/family house) then i just pull my pants and underwear down at the same time, nobody can tell unless you grip your cheeks when trying to pull your thong down...then it actually can snap down into your pants/shorts! That’s happened a few ‘face reddening’ situations!

I have a mix of thongs, jocks and briefs. I cycle to work and get changed there, so i tend to grab whatever throw them in my bag and head out the door. Most days I grab a thong over the jocks and briefs.

Been wearing thongs daily for 25+ years. Only time I wear ex boxer briefs was to Dr appointments, bad lower back issues. Now I use restroom in Dr's office take off my thong during visit, my package needs support .The goods aren't happy in anything else than a thong or G-string Though in the summer time if I have to drop my drawers my thong tan is quite visible .

Why change before a doctors appointment? First I felt that need too. But I have changed that. I don't care anymore. I wear thongs like others wear boxers.

If you wear thongs all the time and will occasionally lose the board shorts to wear only your thong, why the long shorts altogether? Why not a square cut or speedo/swim brief when you like wearing comfortable minimal underwear? This fascinated me because most thong wearers despise board shorts.

On vacation and beach trips it is usually thongs or square cut depending on where and if the family is in tow. In daily life at the pool etc (generally kids around) I end up stuck with board shorts or something along those lines sadly!

100% of the time as underwear, and 99% for the beach or pool.
I swim in the morning at an olympic pool, and wear small briefs of a 1" side or less with a rio style rear.
Drs or massage or whatever is always still a thong.

I wear thongs every day. I think they give me more confidence. I do go to the gym three evenings a week, I change in front of all the men, don't linger, but do go from jeans to shorts in thongs. My wife is supportive of the thong wearing, she is also, just not real supportive of the guys liking them on the side.
