Title: Ergowear Swim Thong - NEW
Post by: TightThong on June 26, 2020, 03:25:10 AM
Hey guys,

Just received some email marketing from one of the underwear sites and they had a new Ergowear line for swim - i love the look of this one - the color, cut and the little logo in the back center.  Has anyone else tried these out yet?

Bought the blue and black.  Overall very well made.  Love the drawstring as well.  Def pricey.  Will see how they hold up after some washes and trips to the pool and beach.

It doesn't look like it from the website, but I'll ask just in case. Does this thong have a lining at all?

Not 100% sure on this one.

Good thing is Steveneven.com is having a summer sale on it right now

I was waiting for other pictures to show up other than the model pictures from Ergowear but I found a video from Ergowear with a model showing them off.

Looks like the pouch is very roomy. Not sure I'd fill them haha.

Whole Ergowear Vimeo channel here https://vimeo.com/ergowear (https://vimeo.com/ergowear). You can click load more on this page and it will show you the swim thongs.

Who else has bought a pair of these swim thongs? Review?

I like the back of the thong better vs the front.  Front has a bit too much room for me, but then again i do like more of a ‘bulge’ fit...but this one would be great for a more mixed company swim thong experience

Yeah I know what you mean. I think if the pouch on the front was a little bit smaller so that it didn't look as baggy it would be perfect. Do you know any swim thongs that would be what I'm describing?

No classic swim thongs (that is, a thong really MEANT to be swimwear).  Perhaps Charlie?  Or Skinz stuffit?

I usually just wear my JS bulge thong...but the JS regular thong could be good classic looking thong swimwear...thoughts?

Yeah I think the Charlie swim thong is the perfect one I'm looking for. The pouch looks the right size and the cut on the front is good for swimwear. Back is just right too. Just so expensive!

I like my JS bulge thongs but I feel like for a swim thong I want a more classic swimwear front.

I generally agree with you on that.  I have a JS classic thong that’s good, also a couple of Cocksox swim thongs...when I’m by myself or just my good friends then i break out the bulge thong...special occasions :)

That's a crazy price - $105 !  I'd get three Skinz thongs for that amount of money.

I know right! I guess this Skinzwear thong is similar (https://skinzwear.com/product_detail.php?prodID=9009&name=T-Back-Thong-Swimsuit-in-Navy-Blue). The Charlie one looks perfect for what I'm looking for. Maybe it's just the model that makes it look really good.

Not too far off in terms of look and coverage, just a more supportive pouch

Haha I have worn my JS02 bulge thongs for so long that I forgot that I actually have one pair of JS03 thongs. I think for swimwear in a more "public" place I would want a thicker swimwear type material. The polyester version of the JS03 might be good.

Yup can’t disagree with you there.  My JS02s are mostly what I wear for everything and LOVE them.  But i see your point on wanting thicker/swimsuit material to cover a bit more...

So the tag on the back has come off after a couple washes but everything else is holding up.  Did add the pink on to the collection.  There is no liner and the blue and black no issue.  The pink does become a little transparent when wet but not enough to be an issue!  Super fit and perfect for all day around the pool.
