These shorts are from Aliexpress.com They are longer in length than I prefer but might be what you are looking for. They do have pockets but you might be able to find some without pockets. They have no liner in them and whatever you wear (or don't wear) will be on full display for everyone. You have to be careful on sizing and convert the CM sizes to inches.

Yeah I agree. I normally have my shorter mesh shorts on when I go check the mail at the end of my driveway. From a distance it would just look like I am wearing boxers or something. If anyone is closer than that then whatever. i wouldn't care.
