General Discussion / Re: Best Thongs to sleep in? Recommendations

Never found that with wearing size L tbh! They are a little larger but I just wear the straps higher up on my waist and it keeps everything in place then!

You guys, just wondering, how do larger sizes work for you around the waist? I usually wear a more or less solid M, and L ist just so large to the point that it almost falls down and I have to squeeze my ass together to keep it up

General Discussion / Best Thongs to sleep in? Recommendations
« on: March 19, 2021, 08:18:40 AM »

I sleep in a thong every night but I am quite specific with what kind. Basically I change from the thong I’ve worn in the day, to the one I’ll sleep in, at some stage in the evening.

Over the years I’ve noticed some types of thongs are much comfier to sleep in than others. I always make sure my sleeping thongs are size L (even though I’m size 31 waist) and that they have plenty of room at the front so a hard on at night doesn’t feel uncomfortable. The thong also has to have stretch.  I don’t like pouch thongs though and never wear them.

Do you have any recommendations for me I’m looking for some more, and do you have any stipulations or do you just wear any thong to bed haha.

Weirdly though I have no problem sleeping in a thong Bodysuit, which I do in the winter when it’s cold (as long as the pouch has room). I Dno why, maybe it’s because they’re so snug overall.

Love this pic. I have just put in the wash the thongs I have been wearing the last few days. We should start a new ‘thongs drying’ thread!

Also where are these thongs from, they look like some brands maybe I don’t have. Most interested in the blue thong next to the purple one and the white one in the middle

So... did some laundry today and realised I've now worn all these at the gym since going full time. Nice to see them lined up (on radiator as tumble dryer out of action)

Also good to see I've overcome my initial reservations about getting changed out of and into a thong! [emoji5]

Questions and Opinions / Re: What’s your current favorite pair?

I’ve become more and more obsessed with thongs that don’t have a separate “strappy” waistband sewn into them. You know just solid fabric type thongs. And the past few weeks this is my favorite new brand. The Jack Adams Bikini Thong. The colors are fantastic and not your usual blue/red basic palette.  The yellow and pink ones really pop. https://www.jackadamsusa.com/bikini-thong/

Wow these look great. Exactly my kind of thong! Just ordered 3 of them!

Questions and Opinions / Re: When it starts getting cold
« on: October 11, 2020, 01:33:25 PM »
Yes in UK it doesn’t get that cold so it’s fine. However from last winter, on the colder nights I started wearing thong bodysuits at home in the evening and Then to sleep in too. Keeps me that extra bit warmer and super comfortable. Had previously only been wearing them for Yoga and was pleasantly surprised how comfy they were to sleep in

General Discussion / Re: The son wants a thong.

I thing 14 is a normal age for girls to be wearing thongs so should be fine for boys too. If he wants to wear them I would give him them for sure. However maybe I wouldn’t advocate throwing away all his boxers till maybe he’s left school? And maybe if he really wants to wear things during school suggest that he wears boxers over the top?

Unless he is prepared to be completely free and open about his thong wearing straight from the off, and if so good for him!

Congrats, you definitely won’t regret the decision and won’t be going back! Personally, when I first got into thongs 4/5 years ago,  I did make a conscious decision to throw out all my non thong underwear after I realised I’d worn a thong every day For a few weeks with no breaks. Partly this was because I wanted to make room so I could buy more thongs, and partly it was because i didn’t want to have the anxiety of thinking ‘oh what am I doing today should I/would it be appropriate towear a thong or not?’
Because I knew deep down I wanted to now wear thongs everyday but like you I was at first apprehensive about wearing them in certain scenarios

Taking this decision away from me was one of the best décevions I’ve made. Honestly after going to a gym in a thong the first time you realise no one cares whatsoever. They are all just paying attention to themselves. My first few times changing I always made sure I was in a corner with my back to the lockers so no one could see the thong up my butt but now o literally don’t care. Honestly just try it I’m sure you’ll get over it quickly!

I also turned my Boyfriend into a thong wearer during lockdown. He had worn a thong a few times before but only because he knew I liked it. But He moved in with me for a few months at the beginning of lockdown so I used the opportunity to try and get him into a full time thing wearer. I said this was a thing only house haha. I said if you wear a thong for a full month I guarantee it will become your favourite type of underwear and if it doesn’t then fair enough he can go back to briefs. But after a month he still wanted to carry on. He’s moved back over to his for now again and I know he’s still wearing thongs most days. Not 24/7 yet but I’m working on that haha

Interesting, so you don’t even wear them around the house?

I could maybe understand not sleeping in one but even then, I went from not being able to sleep in a thong, to sleeping in one every night very quickly. Now I don’t think I could sleep not in a thong, I love having thé what you call ‘butt floss’ 24/7 haha!

If you clicked the first option, then you must prefer wearing thongs to not wearing thongs right?

So why not give wearing thongs everyday a try 😁

Ok you’ve all convinced me.

Do they ship to the UK?

Thanks for the recommendation, bought 3 of these from n2n cos hadn’t tried this particular one before...  https://n2nbodywear.com/products/sb44-spring-basic-ii-thong?_pos=7&_sid=4d3de3adc&_ss=r

Took a while to come, but was worth the wait. Sooo comfy, had it on all day feels great. Think I will be sleeping in one of the others I ordered. Bit more low rise than I normally go for but I got used to that pretty quick. Nice and Roomie at the front, love it when what happens at the front of the thing ha no effect on what happens at the back!

Yes I love bodyaware too. Definitely my second go-to brand.

Have a few of their bodysuits which I love Too. Bought for doing yoga but Ended up wearing more often because I liked them so much. Mainly around the house or to sleep in in winter if it’s pretty cold

Thanks for the replies. Was just seeing if there was anything out there that I may have missed, but maybe not. I have a lot of things haha.

Already have some Olaf Benz and ergo wear and n2n, but just had a look on n2n’s website again and bought some more from there...
