I do wear my thongs too the gym. As well there are a few other guys who do as well, one guy also struts around in his thong getting ready after his work out.  Good for him.

A few years back, I had too go see a specialist for surgery on my leg , and I was wearing a white Calvin Klein thong, I had too take my pants off , as he was checking out my leg, have too say it never bothered me at all, and the doctor didn't seem to have a problem.
