Either a Prince Albert piercing or a perineum piercing.

Yes, I have 5 guiche. I had them and the PA all pierced at 6 gauge and left them at that thickness. They aren’t extremely heavy but are a nice look and feel. Let me see what I can do about a pic.

How did the healing go with the piercings done at 6 gauge? I would think the PA heal up fine but the others?
Mine were done at 10 and then stretched to 8 and now 6.

Healing was fine. Because of the location it takes a bit longer. Definitely have to keep it clean through the healing process.

I did my Guiche rung over an 18 month period. Each was pierced at 6g and would take 2-3 months to heal.

Why are you nervous about getting one?  It’s no worse than nipple piercings, actually less painful in my estimation.
