No other option, you must choose sides! If you’re unsure, think of which direction you would be pointing in your favorite thong (or other underwear).

What really got me wondering about everyone’s preference is the fact that most models on underwear websites seem to go down, and it just looks so uncomfortable to me. Curious to know how weird I am. Aside from the whole thong thing ;-)

down for me, anatomically, mine just doesn't really point up, flaccid or hard lol, i mean i can force it but it just adjusts itself back in a few minutes xD. but my husband is forever pointed up hahaha. we wear and fill thongs very differently. nothing weird about either direction.:)

and you shoulda included left or right too ;D

Up........but depending on the cut of the thong to the side
I love small cut thongs so sometimes not enough room to go up

Down for me! I get more movement if I’m wearing other type of underwear... but that’s not very often.

Definitely down. I've got a pretty small package so most of the time I don't have to adjust it either way. But when I'm a little hard, it's always down for me.

It depends on which thong I'm wearing on a particular day. Most of my thong underwear has enough room to go "up" which seems more comfortable.  My swim thongs usually have a more structured narrow pouch and pointing down looks and feels better.
