Thong walks
« on: January 24, 2020, 07:34:31 AM »
Has anyone ever walked any distance in just a thong? Maybe along a quiet beach or in the countryside?

I have a few times in Europe in summer, it’s a fantastic, liberating experience.

Just wondering if any of you have?

i have walk long distances on several beaches wearing a thong and nothing more.
It is a great experience, liberating, invigorating, and enjoyable.
I’ve walked both empty beaches and beaches with many people there enjoying the sun and surf.
I encourage everyone to get out and enjoy.

When I lived in Holland, I made many long beach walks. I did it from my home town The Hague to Hook of Holland (about 10 miles) or in France. Along the North West coast of France you wil find very long and wide beaches, perfect for walking. My favorite there is from Quend-Plage to the mouth of the Somme. The beaches along the Atlantic coast are also very nice but I never walked there in a thong.

During the warm season the Dutch beaches are very crowded, especially where you can park a car.

In the USA, I only go to Sandy Hook, NJ, and make my beach walks there. The sand is very soft so it is not very inviting to long beach walks. Also the thong-friendly area is restricted to the park.

Hi!
I did it twice. Once in Poland I was riding a bike only in thong on a public road between two cities, it was about 8 km. Second time I was sunbatching on Korfu island in Greece, so I was walking along the sea side.
Thongs - I love it!

I’m impressed with the bike ride!

I have thought of taking part in a World Naked Bike Ride event in a thong. I think it is actually a clothing optional event so, I fairly sure a thong would be fun and acceptable. The weather at last years London ride was terrible, I’d prefer somewhere a bit warmer and drier in Southern Europe.

Usually long beach walks here in New England.  Crane Beach in Ipswich, MA is several miles long and a great place for walking.

I did the Philly Naked Bike Ride two times in a thong and two times naked. I'm second biker from the left.
I hope to be there again this year. It is quite an event with 2000+ riders.

Before I set camp, I usually walk the whole stretch of beach in a thong. I do this to check the vibe and the atmosphere. If I feel that the beach is too family oriented, then I put on my shorts.

I do it regularly! One of my favourite past-times.  Here in NZ there are plenty of quiet lakeside and riverside tracks, and forests and beaches.  Its a thongers and naturists paradise!  Do you ever get any good pics of yourself amongst the scenery?

I hear that NZ is beautiful with lots of amazing, under-populated, countryside and scenery.

I try to take a few pictures when I get the rare opportunity for a thong walk. I’m not the best photographer though and, they are usually just taken with my iPhone propped up against something.

I’m going to try and make more of an effort this year. It would be nice to find someone to come with me occasionally who could take a few pictures.

That's exactly how I get photos too.  I like to get some personal souvenirs of my outings.  It's good to look through them sometimes and inspire myself to do it again!  It would be better to have somebody else who could help with taking photos - shame we're on opposite sides of the world!

Great pictures, thanks for sharing. That’s exactly what I love to do, one if my favourite things in fact. It’s a great feeling being out in nature, in the sunshine, in nothing but a thong. Particularly a long walk in great scenery.

I’m just waiting for better weather here and a holiday or two.

Well spring will be fast approaching where you are, so get out there and have some fun!  Would love to see what pictures you manage to get.  For me, it adds an extra element of fun to the whole experience - enjoying the walk, but always scanning for views, how best to frame the photo and where I will stand in it, and then going for it and hoping nobody sees me!  Later on when I look back through them, I think 'OK thats really good' or 'that one could have been better' and try to improve next time.  I have quite a few but I am completely naked in most of them.  I would be happy to share some if you are agreeable, just not on this forum!  All the best!
