Yes I always work out in thongs or g-strings. I also leave the window wide open for anyone walking by to see. I have a walking path next to my house.

I pretty much ONLY wear thongs to the gym...under my shorts of course 

Prefer spandex/nylon bulge thongs as they're snug, keep my package out of the way, wick moisture...and love how they make me feel!

Wish your gym was near mine!  Heading to get my daily workout shortly, wearing a Tendenze Louis...nothing better than the feeling of a thong under my gym shorts...if you pick the right sized thong, right material and fit etc...they're so comfy.
