While I have worn women's thongs/panties before, I typically just wear thongs/gstring designed for men. With that said, one of my favorite thongs to wear on a daily basis is technically a woman's thong swimsuit from Wicked Weasel. It is their 449 style bottom with a tiny triangle rear and a small pouch up front. There are several pictures of me wearing it in the pictures forum under the Thong of the day thread.

It works and I fit in them. I am not large at all when flaccid so that helps too. There was a guy at the beach pool one time that liked my WW thongs and asked to try them on. He was quite a bit larger than me and had a cock ring on too but he fit nicely in one of my WW 449 sheer vision thongs. The sheer vision fabric is very sheer and stretches more than some of their fabrics.
