Old thongs
« on: October 13, 2020, 04:57:40 PM »
Hi I have a question what do you do with your thongs when they reach past their prime. What I do with them is that I wear the one last time. once im done with the day I strip down to my thong and when it's time for bed instead of taking it off like I do with my other thongs when it reaches it's prime I grab scissors and cut my past prime thong off.

I love having vintage thongs in my collection but if the elastic has gone at the waist and crotch then I'll just sadly throw them out.

I just throw mine away too, particularly when the material has lost it’s elasticity. I’ve never thought about cutting them off with scissors but it certainly has an act of finality about it.

Once the thong is not wearable I simply toss them in trash. Cutting them off gives me ideas of having my partner cutting the thong off from me. That could be a fun exercise. Then I could let my partner choose what to replace the cut thong with.

Hmmm, I'm actually thinking about making face masks using my old g-strings. I'll let you know if this idea works.

Great idea. My facemasks were made by Bodyaware who also sell great thongs. Looking at the way they are made they are very similar to a g-string pouch in construction!

I normally notice holes or whatever after I am done washing them. Instead of putting them in the drawer they go in the trash can. Then I go order 5 more for the one I had to throw out. lol
